Don’t let it freeze to death! It’s not a static CV (Resume or résumé? You choose!) You can and should change it regularly to target the specific audience you want to attract and engage with – today! Your About (née Summary) section can be a covering letter for a job application, an introduction letter to a prospect focused on their industry sector, an ad for your event... Your Featured section can signpost people to your content that shows them you’re exactly who they’re looking for RIGHT NOW.

...ADOPT AN ALGORITHM!

LinkedIn’s algorithms will help you by suggesting great new connections, but they can only do that if you feed them by being active and engaging with the platform – and that includes making regular updates to ‘fine-tune’ your Profile. Warm leads don’t come from frozen Profiles... so let’s turn up the heat!
