I personally experienced a health crisis back in 2010. It was during my recovery that I slowly began to realise that I had been running a number of Limiting Beliefs both about myself and the world around me. I decided to train in NLP, and various other complementary techniques to help me overcome my own "gremlins" and move towards wellness and a life that I felt passionate about. I chose to become a coach helping people to identify what was holding them back and then achieve the future that they really want.
