Tell Us About Your Business
Providing turn round services to businesses that are struggling.
Analysis and diagnosis are the first steps, followed by developing and helping implement a turn round strategy.
I help bring order to chaos and work with you to get clear about where you want to go and how can get there. From working on your business plan, through to sales, HR and Marketing, I can support you.
I'm also quite bossy (which is one reason some of my clients have taken me on!). There's no point spending time working on developing a great plan if you then don't do anything with it.I have regular meetings with my clients to help keep them focused and on target and heading the right way.
I also have trusted partners I can bring in for areas where I am not an expert e.g. finance raising, financial restructuring and if necessary insolvency practitioners.

It may be less damaging to make a poor…
