Some people don't want to work out in a public place for many reasons, some of which i've listed below in my 'Good Business Leads', or they don't want to pay a gym fee as well as a Personal Trainer fee. The Fitness Room is a private gym in Reigate where you can come and work out with me. There's no intimidating weight training corner with people grunting as they lift weights and no group of regular gym bunny's in their lycra. It really is just you, me and the equipment.
