Hi Colin
Having a good photo of yourself is so central to any networking activity that I simply can't understand why so many people haven't got it sorted out yet. The photo of you on your website is very low res and pixellated.
If you click on this link you can read a blog post I made some time ago on the subject which explains my position on photos!
If you do get a suitable photo it's not too difficult to insert it on your Profile on the site - click here to read a brief set of instructions on how to do it.
