- Aspiring Prospects is a Post-16 Work and Life Skills training programme for young adults with additional needs. Our mission is to support young people develop skills that employers value and seek, and skills that will enable the young people we work with to not only secure employment but sustain it. We take a very innovative approach to the work we do, placing a focussed emphasis on preparing young adults with SEND for adulthood. From employability skills, to life skills, from social skills, to skills that enable young people to better manage their health, wellbeing and mental health, and to make more informed lifestyle choices, the Aspiring Prospects programme, team, and supporting employers, are making it our mission to create successful outcomes for all. - A good business lead would be - young people aged 17 - 24, with additional needs, and an Education Health and Care plan, motivated by becoming employed, and prepared to train with us to secure employment. Also, we are always looking to develop partnerships with employers who are ready, willing and able to work alongside Aspiring Prospects, providing work placements and opportunities to our young adults that will support the development of skills for work and life. Also looking to connect with organisations that can open doors to social activities, social groups, again for our team of young adults or as we like to call them 'our young aspiring prospects!!'.
