A full audit will review their website, social media, paid advertising, email newsletters, articles, printed matter and brochures and internal/external documentation.
The results, compiled in a report, can be quite shocking and frequently include brand inconsistencies, website visual, technical and customer journey failures, poor or inconsistent messaging, misinformation, GDPR breaches and so on.
