What is the Kickstart Scheme?

The Kickstart Scheme is a new programme launched by the government to deliver funding for employers offering new job roles for 16-24 years olds who are currently in receipt of Universal Credit. The programme is aimed at preventing young people who are currently unemployed from facing long-term unemployment.

Why is this good for your business?
   You get to take on young adults who are vibrant and keen to work
   You only need to commit to taking someone on for 6 months

What's more?
   The government will pay!
   25 hours of minimum wage for each employee
   The National insurance
          And......£1500 per employee you take on!

And, you DON'T need an office!!!   ......It's a no-brainer!

WHEN THE 6 MONTHS ARE OVER the placement will end. You can choose to make an offer of employment; however, you are not obliged to do so.
