If you work from home and sometimes need office facilities, perhaps at short notice, this is a cost-=effective way to access the office environment. You may already have you r own full-time office, but regularly visit other areas. You can have a hotdesk office as and when you require, because most serviced office providers allow you to book a hotdesk daily, or in a package of days.

This service usually also provides you with a full-time business address for incoming mail, which may be collected or forwarded to an alternative address of your choice.  When you need to meet clients, you can often use a meeting room.
