- My history is in banking, where I spent over 40 years in a variety of roles, including over 10 years as a Relationship Director in the London Professional Services Team managing a portfolio of mainly solicitors practices
Since I left the bank, I have been self employed and I continue to mainly focus on solicitors practices who are interested in a merger or acquisition. I have a strong relationship as an introducer with a merger company (Ampersand Legal) who have done over 30 law firm mergers/acquisitions in the past 4 years. Additionally I can sometimes assist with recruitment in the legal sector.
I also help businesses who need help with factoring/invoice discounting finance via my introducer agreement with Clive Pacey, an experienced broker in this field.
People tell me my "little black book" is "second to none" as I have a unique and comprehensive network of contacts in professional practices in London. Some also call me a "Business Matchmaker".
