We're running a Mental Health Champion Training course in Reigate, open to anyone over 16.  Does this interest you?

Can you tell if someone is mentally unwell? Do you know the signs? Do you feel comfortable to approach someone who is struggling emotionally? How to talk to them in a non-judgemental way?
This 1-day training will give you tools and skills to understand and help both yourself and others. This knowledge can help save a life - quite literally.
The course is designed to give you practical, relevant information about mental health, stress, anxiety and depression as well as self-care. Learn how to spot signs of ill-health or concerns and how to provide support and care. Small, confidential group at Reigate Priory Cricket Club RRP of £200 discounted to £149 for local residents and organisations.
